Optimisation du flux des passagers aéroportuaires : Opportunités d’une étude générique sur les aéroports du Maroc

Abstract
Les aéroports sont essentiels pour le commerce intercontinental et la clé du succès de l'industrie aéronautique mondiale. L'objectif commun de toutes les parties prenantes de la chaîne aéroportuaire est de satisfaire le passager tout en faisant face à un nombre important de défis, de contraintes , d’enjeux notamment la croissance continue du trafic aérien et son influence sur la capacité aéroportuaire, le problème de la congestion aux heures de pointe et tout ce qui résulte des files d'attente et des retards à l'embarquement. Cette situation oblige les gestionnaires de l'aéroport à mettre en place un meilleur circuit de passagers, tant au départ qu'à l'arrivée. En fait, pour obtenir un meilleur flux de passagers à l'intérieur de l'aérogare, la modélisation est la première étape vers le développement et la résolution des problèmes. Le présent travail vise à présenter les différents modèles d’optimisation appliqués au traitement des flux de passagers et à mettre en évidence leurs contributions à la bonne gestion et au bon fonctionnement dans un domaine aussi complexe que celui de l'exploitation des aéroports.
